INTRODUCTION
We at FusionQuest know that privacy is an important Internet issue, and have created this privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to protecting the information you supply on our site.
WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit any of our websites, which include, but are not limited to: fusionquest.com, freefiliate.com, ultra-affiliate-software.com, freefiliate.net, and ultraaffiliatesoftware.com, certain non-personally identifying statistical information is recorded automatically by the standard operation of our Internet servers. Information such as the type of browser being used, its operating system, and your computer's "IP" address (a number that your Internet service provider assigns to your computer whenever you surf the Internet) is gathered in order to facilitate our online operations and to assure an efficient online experience for you.
When you sign up for the FusionQuest service, we ask for personal identifying information such as your name, email address, telephone number, contact information, and if applicable, billing information, banking and credit card information.
HOW WE USE THIS INFORMATION
If you have signed up for the FusionQuest service, we will send you information via email related specifically to your FusionQuest account. Depending on the type of account you have with us, you may not have the option of opting out of these emails.
If you have signed up for a MERCHANT account, you will not have the opportunity to opt-out of receiving any corporate email communications because we believe this information is important and relevant to your account operation.
If you have signed up for an AFFILIATE account, you have the option to opt out of all system generated emails.
Your credit card information will only be shared with third parties who perform tasks required to complete the purchase transaction. Examples of this include fulfilling orders and processing credit card payments.
We may also contact you for program feedback, or to send news about FusionQuest, including newsletters and updates of new or enhanced services.
We may also share information on individuals as is deems necessary to comply and cooperate with government and law enforcement officials.
If you are a merchant and have chosen to be included in the FusionQuest Network, your banking info will be used to transfer and disperse money to your affiliates that earn a commission over the minimum threshold on a monthly basis.
COOKIES
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We use cookies for purposes of affiliate identification and commissions. Cookies do not contain any personal identification data.
SECURITY
FusionQuest is committed to maintaining the security of its network and the data we collect. We use state-of-the-art technology, including encryption, to ensure the highest security standards. Any data that is stored on our servers is treated as proprietary and confidential and is not available to the public. We limit access of personal information to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13
FusionQuest does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected any personal information from a child under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information from our database as quickly as possible.
